Congratulations to the Porter family on their purchase of Maralyn.  She will give them a wonderful Teewinot cria next summer!  Their ranch name is Bloomington Meadows Ranch and we wish them success in this new family business!  Maralyn really likes Elaine I think. :)

Congratulations to the Masaks on their purchase of both Carmela and Annie!  What a great little herd they are starting with!  Annie will give them their first cria sired by Presidential Bull next year.  We wish them the best in this exciting new venture.

"Claire"

Luna had another baby girl today!  Luna has had 5 crias and they have all been females!   The sire is Teewinot so we expect great things from this little girl.   We will name her "Claire de Luna" and call her Claire!  :)

"Echo"

Another colorful daughter of Teewinot! Nina (white) delivered a cute baby girl today - strong and healthy, she was on her feet meeting the herd within an hour of her birth.  Congratulations to the Burtons of Baby Toe Ranch on this new addition to their growing herd.

"Rowdy"

Finally!   Luna Vella delivered her cria today!  He is still wet in these photos,  but what a spunky guy he is!  Jumping and kicking up his heels in the first hour of life as if to say " Man, it's good to be here!"  His name is "Rowdy".  He ran to the top of a dirt hill at a few hours old and chased Bob Marley before he was dry!

"Lily"

Ruby had her cria today!   And it's a girl!  Strong and vigorous, she was definitely worth the wait!  Congratulations to Mary Owen , Bramblewood Alpacas!  Her name is Lily.

"Teddy"

Meadow surprised us all today and delivered a 15 pound baby boy!  She was bred to Teewinot, but the lab report said she was not pregnant.. HA!   Congratulations to Mary Owen, Bramblewood Alpacas on this sweet surprise!  We will call him Teddy, his registered name is Thorin.

"Bravo"

Sasha had her first cria today and the first cria for Western Calico Moon Alpacas.  Congratulations to Linda and Bob Liechty on this great looking boy!  His name is Bravo!  (thanks Linda for the photos! )  :)

"Tucker"

Two babies born today!  Lola had her cria very early in the morning .  A very handsome little boy who seems very full of energy will join the BMR herd! Sire is Penumbra from Delphi Alpacas in Colorado.

"Malika"

Later in the day Celina had her baby following the early morning show by her mother!  Congratulations too to Jody and Londa Palmer on the second little girl.  She is all black as also full of energy. Her sire is also Penumbra.  Just after she was born , a rainbow appeared!  Her name is Malika.

"MERCEDES"

Sienna had her cria today and it's another girl!  She has what I think might be the best fleece I have ever seen, and We are thrilled with the newest addition to our herd.   Abby likes her too!   Her name is Mercedes.

Willow had her first baby, and it's a girl!  She is being a very attentive new mom and this little girl has been named Daisy. Congratulations to Mary Owen of Bramblewood Alpacas.

"KARMA"

Queen Ester and Zhivago made a beautiful gray baby girl! She is less than 5 minutes old in the two "wet" pictures and the others were taken after she dried off.   She looks exactly like Zhivago did as a cria!  Her name is Karma.

"BEAU"

Socks had her baby while we were at a wedding in Chicago but our ranch sitters handled all the details perfectly.  His sire is Teewinot  and I think he will make his daddy proud!  Congratulations to the Burtons of Baby Toe Ranch.

"JASPER"

Petora finally had her cria, and the color is quite a surprise once again. Teewinot (white) is the dad!  His fleece, which looks excellent,  is such a dark brown it almost  looks black. His name is Jasper and he is one cria I can tell from all the rest easily!!   19.8 pounds and running around looking for fireworks!

Livia had her cria today!  This boy weighed a whopping 25.2 pounds at birth and looks like a 2 week old running in the pastures.  Congratulations to Rina and Creig of Amber Mountain Alpacas on this wonderful boy.

OK maybe I got a little carried away with these pictures, but I'm still amazed at the color of this baby! And she is kind of cute!  Great looking fleece, and Isabella is being a great new mom.  Her name is Victoria, Tori for short.

Minnie gave BMR the first new addition to our herd today.   He's solid black and as handsome as can be.  His name is Raven, and the name was agreed upon by the Cantina group!

Shinsi gave Willow River Farms their first female cria today!  Congratulations to Jody and Londa Palmer.  Jody shows his granddaughter Jordan the new addition to the family and they sure seem to like each other!   Her name is Turiya.
