Shearing day 2010 is scheduled for Monday June 7. The day will be slightly different than it has been in the past. We have hired a new shearing crew who comes as a team of 4.  So they do all the animal handling and also trim toenails as part of their service.   We still  love Eddie our Aussie shearer, but we couldn't pass us the team of 4 concept!

As always the day is a bustle of activity and we don't expect that to be much different.  We love children to visit, but shearing day is not the best day to bring kids.

We do need a few helpers for gathering fleece and sweeping.  If you are interested in helping that day please email Linda as as soon as possible. linda@bluemoonranch.net   thanks!
